Owner Gerald Caligiuri first opened a location in Ames. He sold that bar last August. Rich Ketcham was a frequent visitor.Now, Ketcham is helping Caligiuri out in his new venture — which they both can’t wait to share with the Metro.In Des Moines, Vanessa Peng, KCCI 8 News, Iowa’s News Leader.
