June 11, 2015 Reply SgtMantis Recently boxed wine has been embraced by good quality wine producers because it really is the best way to keep wine as fresh and as unblemished as possible. I like bota boxes and such because I can have a glass of pinot without having to drink the whole bottle, then leave it on the shelf for a few days and have another glass. No oxygen, no light, no problems.
