IT HAS TO BE 100% HAND PICKED, AND IT USED TO BE THE WINE OF THE FIELD WORKER, SO IT WOULD BE THEIR FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO TASTE THE NEW VINTAGE. SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS AFTER IT’S PICKED IT’S BOTTLED. IT PAIRS VERY, VERY WELL WITH TURKEY. THE OTHER ONE THAT WE HAVE UP HERE ON THE SCREEN, WHAT IS THAT? YIZ BRING THAT BECAUSE I DELIVERED IT. WE’RE GOING TO DO A DIFFERENT ONE.
